We streamline the supply and installation process saving you time & money.
Far too often we hear from builders how difficult it is to coordinate the components of precast erection. It only takes one of these components to go wrong, be it manufacture, crane availability or servicing & the whole schedule can be thrown into turmoil.
Force works closely with the Builder and the Structure companies to ensure a streamlined and efficient installation process. We know “hook time” is a premium and we provide structured details around sequencing, delivery and lifting to ensure minimum delays.
Force Precast Australia has a skilled team of installation crews to complete your project. These teams consist of Riggers, welders, caulkers, patchers and grouters.
Force Precast Australia will tender your project providing a full price for installation & post installation works including Rigging, surveyor set out, propping plans, loose attachments such as bolts, packers, props and plates, as well as caulking, grouting, patching & welding.
We aim to reduce the time you spend coordinating all contractors by centralising your point of contact. By doing this we are better able to help you control your project time & budget while managing the installation process.

At Force, safety is our number one priority. Force Precast Australia strives to exceed all industry standard safety practices. Our Safe Work Method Statements are federally and Worksafe compliant. We are strongly committed to Occupational Health & Safety and we have all staff signed on to our 'in-house' OH&S policy prior to employment. The safety of our staff & those associated with Force Precast Australia is of utmost importance and is not taken lightly.
We consistently ensure all Worksafe practices are followed & updated as required. We always ensure our SWMS are site specific and comply with current OH&S guidelines and regulations. We encourage all associated with Force Precast to improve procedures around safety & performance.
Quality:
Force Precast Australia is committed to quality control throughout the installation process. We have quality controls & checks as part of our Quality Assurance Plan (ITP). At regular intervals throughout the installation process we conduct a number of checks including panel quality, installation processes & pull testing on all caulking.
Force Precast understands the processes & structures of dealing with first tier Building companies and has implemented a number of procedures that are required for working with this level of builder.
We understand that it takes more than pricing to ensure a quality build. Our quality control measures are in place to guarantee the highest quality products & services are delivered to you as promised.
